LSO Early
Delivery time: next business day by 8:30 a.m.
- Available for delivery in many cities within LSO’s service territory.
- Free use of LSO provided letters, poly’s, tubes and overnight boxes for LSO shipments
- LSO will not obtain a delivery signature for 8:30 a.m. deliveries and accepts no responsibility for loss or damage resulting from leaving a package without a delivery signature.
- Some extended areas may not have Early service available and in the event an Early package is tendered to LSO in one of these areas, LSO will still accept these packages for transport and will deliver or attempt to deliver by the end of the day next business day. Please see lso.com for a listing of available services and areas.

- Monday – Friday pickup in most areas
- Saturday

- Basic delivery service is guaranteed delivery by noon on Saturday.
- Saturday pickup service is not available.
- Saturday delivery service carries an additional charge to LSO Basic service and other fees and charges may apply.

LSO Mexico
Delivery time: 2-3 business days to any city in Mexico.
- Delivery is day-definite and based on the distance to your destination.

- Saturday delivery service to Mexico is not available.
- LSO Mexico service is available for document shipments up to 2 lbs. Only

LSO End of Day
LSO’s most economical service with delivery time of 1-2 business days
- Delivery is day-definite and based on the distance to your destination.
- Available or delivery throughout LSO’s service territory.
- Use of LSO provided letters, poly’s, tubes and overnight boxes are not permitted for End of Day services
- Monday – Friday pickup in most areas
- Saturday delivery service is not available for LSO End of Day
- Packages up to 150 lbs; up to 72 inches in length and 130 inches in length and girth.

Residential Deliveries
Home delivery has become an important aspect of overnight service in recent years. LSO's convenient residential delivery option allows you the freedom to take care of your business without having to sit and wait for packages. If you're not at your residence at the time of delivery and there is a generally secure area in which to leave your package, the delivery can be made without a signature. If a signature is necessary for a particular residential delivery, "Signature Required" stickers are available by calling customer service at 1.800.800.8984. Signature Required is not available for ground residential deliveries. The Additional fee for Residential Deliveries is $2.50 for priority and $2.20 for ground.
Delivery Without Signature
You may have packages delivered without a delivery signature at your option by signing the "Release Signature" line under section "3." of the airbill. This will allow the package to be delivered on the first attempt. The signature release option is not recommended in situations where proof of delivery is required. NOTE: You may establish a permanent Delivery Without Signature at your location by calling customer service at 800-800-8984.
Additional Declared Value
Each LSO package is automatically covered up to $100 for loss or damage. Additional declared value is available at a minimal fee. If the declared value indicated on the airbill is below $500 the declared value for the shipment will be billed at the $500 minimum rate. Liability is limited. See service guide for details. All freight charges must be paid before a claim can be processed. All packaging materials must be provided for inspection at the time of the claim. Receipts and other documentation may also be required in the event a claim is filed. Claims may not exceed the actual value of the contents of the shipment. All documentation must be verifiable. Consequential damages are not recoverable.
